1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Products showing signs of installation, wear, or damage not caused by us are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Special-order or custom-made parts
Electrical components once opened or installed
Services or labor performed
Clearance or final sale items
3. Return Process

Approval – We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Ship Back – Send the item(s) to the provided return address.
Inspection – Once received, items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We shipped the wrong item.
