  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of installation, wear, or damage not caused by us are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Special-order or custom-made parts

  • Electrical components once opened or installed

  • Services or labor performed

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Process

  2. Approval – We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship Back – Send the item(s) to the provided return address.

  4. Inspection – Once received, items will be inspected before a refund is issued.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    • We shipped the wrong item.
