Official Giveaway Rules – Scottsdale Car Care & Speed Shop

Sponsor: Scottsdale Car Care & Speed Shop, 9550 N 96th St. D101, Scottsdale, AZ 85258 (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents with valid driver’s license, 18 years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, entrants must (1) follow @Scottsdale_Speed on Instagram, (2) share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag the @Scottsdale_Speed account, and (3) comment on the @Scottsdale_Speed giveaway post. No purchase necessary. Entries that are incomplete, late, or unverifiable will be disqualified.

Giveaway Period: Starts Friday, October 3, 2025 at 6:00pm MST and ends Friday, October 31, 2025 at 12:00pm MST. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive:

• HP Tuners RTD Device (Approx. Retail Value $400)

• Custom ECU Tune (Approx. Retail Value $800+)

• MD Mustang AWD Dynamometer session with professional video footage (Approx. Retail Value $250)
  Total Prize ARV: approx. $1,450.

Winner Selection & Notification: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about Monday, November 3rd, at 6:00pm MST. Winner will be notified via Instagram DM and announced on Sponsor’s Instagram account. Winner must respond within 72 hours or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, or costs associated with the prize. If the total value is $600 or more, Sponsor may require the winner to complete a W-9 form and will issue an IRS Form 1099.

Release & Liability: By entering, entrants release Instagram, Sponsor, and their affiliates from any and all liability related to participation, acceptance, and use of prize, including but not limited to risks associated with automotive tuning and dyno testing. Winner will be required to sign Sponsor’s dyno liability waiver before tuning and filming.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at its discretion. Entries generated by script, bot, or automated means will be void.
