Automotive Technician

Work on daily drivers and performance vehicles, handling maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs with clear documentation and thorough final checks.

Responsibilities and qualifications

What you’ll do

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using appropriate testing and service information.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, engines, and related components within your skill level.
  • Complete digital vehicle inspections with useful photos, measurements, and accurate recommendations.
  • Write clear repair-order notes covering findings, work performed, and post-repair verification.
  • Track job time accurately, communicate delays early, and follow torque, lift, road-test, and quality-control procedures.

What you’ll bring

  • Hands-on automotive repair experience and the ability to explain your diagnostic process.
  • Ability to use scan tools, service information, and common diagnostic equipment.
  • Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and respectful teamwork.
  • ASE certifications and experience with European or performance vehicles are welcome.

Automotive Detailer

Prepare and protect customer vehicles through careful interior and exterior detailing, with opportunities to contribute your paint-correction and coating experience.

Responsibilities and qualifications

What you’ll do

  • Perform safe washes, wheel cleaning, interior vacuuming, upholstery care, and surface cleaning.
  • Assess paint and interior condition before beginning work and document pre-existing concerns.
  • Perform decontamination, polishing, paint correction, and coating preparation within your demonstrated ability.
  • Use chemicals, polishers, towels, and other equipment correctly to protect vehicle surfaces.
  • Inspect finished work, communicate realistic completion times, and maintain an organized detailing area.

What you’ll bring

  • Professional detailing experience and a strong eye for finish quality.
  • Knowledge of safe wash methods and appropriate care for different materials.
  • Ability to follow product instructions and protect delicate trim, paint, and interiors.
  • Paint correction and ceramic coating experience are preferred; PPF experience is a plus.
  • A portfolio of before-and-after work is welcome.

Performance Tuner

Support ECU calibration and dyno testing with an emphasis on sound diagnostics, repeatable measurements, and dependable vehicle behavior.

Responsibilities and qualifications

What you’ll do

  • Evaluate vehicle condition and modification details before tuning; identify mechanical issues that need attention first.
  • Use datalogs and dyno results to evaluate fueling, ignition, boost, torque management, and drivability as applicable.
  • Develop and validate calibrations within your platform expertise and applicable requirements.
  • Follow dyno safety procedures, monitor operating conditions, and stop testing when a concern appears.
  • Maintain organized calibration files, backups, revision notes, and clear communication with technicians and advisors.

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated ECU calibration experience with examples of platforms and projects you have handled.
  • Experience with HP Tuners, EcuTek, or comparable tuning systems; identify your specific capabilities.
  • Understanding of engine operation, fuel systems, ignition, forced induction, and diagnostic fundamentals.
  • Ability to interpret logs, investigate abnormal results, and explain calibration decisions.
  • Dyno operation, transmission calibration, and standalone ECU experience are valuable.

Service Writer / Automotive Service Advisor

Help customers make informed decisions.

Connect customers and technicians through accurate repair orders, understandable estimates, and consistent updates from scheduling to vehicle pickup.

Responsibilities and qualifications

What you’ll do

  • Welcome customers, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and document vehicle concerns accurately.
  • Coordinate inspections and estimates with technicians, including accurate parts, labor, and approval records.
  • Explain findings and repair priorities clearly, with honest recommendations and no pressure.
  • Keep customers updated on progress, changes, pricing, and realistic completion times.
  • Maintain organized repair orders, parts and inventory records, follow-ups, and vehicle handoffs.

What you’ll bring

  • Automotive service advising, customer service, or related sales experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and comfort using shop software.
  • Ability to discuss maintenance and repair needs clearly and coordinate several active jobs.
  • Tekmetric experience and familiarity with performance vehicles are helpful.
  • A professional approach to customer concerns, teamwork, and accurate documentation.
