Scottsdale Car Care & Speed Shop
Suspension.Dialed In.
Suspension repair, precision alignment, and setup for the way you drive. From daily drivers and Teslas to track cars and off-road vehicles, we help you get the ride, control, and confidence you’re looking for.
Equipment with a purpose
Measure it.
Then dial it in.
Good suspension work combines the right equipment with careful inspection and an understanding of how you use the vehicle. Our alignment system, scales, and road-force balancer help us make informed setup decisions.
01 / Alignment
Hunter HawkEye Elite
Our Hunter HawkEye Elite alignment system and rack give us the measurements needed to evaluate wheel alignment and guide adjustments.
- Four-wheel alignment measurements
- Factory specifications for street vehicles
- Custom settings for suitable modified cars
- Alignment checks after suspension work
02 / Corner weights
Corner-balancing scales
Our scales measure the load at each wheel. On vehicles with suitable adjustable suspension, we can refine corner-weight distribution around your driving goals.
- Individual corner-weight measurements
- Cross-weight evaluation
- Adjustable coilover setup
- Track-day and autocross preparation
03 / Wheels & tires
Road-force balancing
Ride and handling depend on more than suspension parts. Road-force balancing helps us investigate wheel and tire contributions to vibration.
- Wheel and tire vibration evaluation
- Road-force measurement when appropriate
- Balance corrections and tire matching
- Support for a smoother driving experience
Alignment, corner balancing, and wheel balancing are separate services. We recommend the combination that fits your vehicle and goals.

Track cars & performance builds
A setup with a clear purpose.
Tell us your tires, events, experience, and street-driving needs. We can build a plan around alignment, ride height, and corner weights on suitable adjustable suspension.

Off-road vehicles & lifted trucks
Ready for the road to the trail.
Lifted and off-road vehicles still need sound suspension and predictable steering on pavement. We evaluate the setup, wear, and geometry before recommending changes.

Notice a change?
Let’s find
the cause.
A clunk, pull, or vibration deserves a closer look. We look at suspension, steering, wheels, and tires together to choose the right next step.
Clunks or rattles
Noise over bumps or during turns can point to worn joints, bushings, mounts, links, or another component that needs inspection.
Bouncing or harshness
A change in ride quality deserves a look at dampers, springs, tires, ride height, and the condition of the complete setup.
Pulling or wandering
Steering that feels loose or needs constant correction can involve tires, alignment, steering parts, or suspension wear.
Uneven tire wear
Inner-edge wear, feathering, or cupping gives us clues. We inspect the tires and related components before recommending alignment alone.
Lowered or lifted
A change in height changes the starting point. We review clearance, geometry, adjustment range, and how you use the vehicle.
A car that feels unsettled
If the vehicle no longer feels consistent through turns or over uneven roads, tell us when it happens so we can investigate.

We can restore worn suspension or help you refine a modified setup. You receive clear findings, priorities, and pricing before authorizing the work.
Suspension & steering diagnosis
Investigate clunks, looseness, pulling, vibration, uneven tire wear, and changes in ride quality before choosing a repair.
Shocks, struts & springs
Replace worn dampers, damaged springs, mounts, and related components with parts matched to your vehicle and driving needs.
Control arms, bushings & ball joints
Inspect and repair worn joints and bushings that can affect wheel position, steering feel, and stability.
Tie rods & steering components
Address steering play and worn linkage, then check alignment when the repair affects wheel geometry.
Four-wheel alignment
Measure alignment with our Hunter HawkEye Elite system and adjust available settings for the vehicle and agreed goals.
Coilovers & ride-height setup
Install and set up compatible adjustable suspension, with attention to clearance, usable travel, alignment, and street manners.
Corner balancing
Use individual-wheel scales to measure corner weights and adjust suitable suspension for your intended setup.
Wheel, tire & vibration evaluation
Assess related wheel and tire concerns, including road-force balancing when appropriate, to identify the source of vibration.
Our approach
A plan you
can understand.
A daily driver may need a worn part replaced. A track car may need a measured setup change. We start with the concern and the goal, then agree on the work.
Understand
We ask about symptoms, recent work, modifications, tires, and how you drive the vehicle.
Inspect & measure
We evaluate relevant components and use alignment, wheel, or corner-weight measurements as the job requires.
Explain & approve
We review findings, repair options, setup goals, tradeoffs, and pricing with you before proceeding.
Repair & verify
We complete the agreed work and appropriate final checks, then review the result and next steps with you.
Common questions
Suspension
service FAQ.
From an everyday repair to a track setup, here are useful starting points for planning your visit.
Can you service daily drivers as well as performance cars?
Yes. We handle suspension and steering concerns on everyday cars, SUVs, and trucks, along with performance and modified vehicles. The recommendation starts with your vehicle’s condition and how you drive it.
Do you offer Tesla suspension repair and alignment?
Yes. We can inspect suspension concerns, evaluate uneven tire wear, and perform alignment work on Teslas. Tell us the model, any modifications, and what you notice when scheduling so we can plan the service.
Can you align a lifted truck or lowered car?
We can evaluate modified vehicles and adjust alignment where the setup allows. Lift height, wheel and tire size, clearance, and available adjustment determine the approach. Some vehicles need worn parts repaired or additional geometry-correction components before the desired settings are achievable.
What is the difference between alignment and corner balancing?
Alignment measures the angles of the wheels. Corner balancing measures the weight supported at each wheel and uses suitable suspension adjustments to tune that distribution. They address different parts of the setup and are often considered together on adjustable performance cars.
Does every vehicle need corner balancing?
No. It is most relevant to vehicles with suitable adjustable suspension, especially those used for track days or autocross. It does not replace an alignment or repair worn parts. We can help you decide whether it fits your goals.
Will an alignment fix vibration or a clunk?
Not necessarily. Vibration and noise can come from tires, wheels, loose or worn parts, and other causes. We inspect the concern first and recommend alignment, balancing, repairs, or further testing based on what we find.
Can I have different settings for street and track use?
Yes, where the vehicle’s adjustment range supports them. We discuss your tires, driving goals, and street mileage to choose a setup. More aggressive settings can bring tradeoffs in tire wear and everyday behavior.
How much does suspension service cost?
The price depends on the vehicle, the concern, required parts, and whether you need repairs, alignment, or a more involved setup. We explain the recommended scope and estimate before you authorize the work.
